Welcome to Broke Chicks Media. By accessing or using the Page you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Page. By using the Page you represent and warrant you meet this eligibility requirement and agree to comply with all applicable laws.

3. Content & Editorial Selection

All content on the Page, including product listings, recommendations, links, images, and editorial commentary (“Content”), is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we make no guarantee that all information is complete, up to date, or suitable for your purpose.

We may receive payment or sponsorship from some brands for placement on the Page (“Paid Placement”). However:

  • All brands featured, including those that have paid for placement which are editorially selected and approved by us (i.e., we maintain full editorial discretion over inclusion).

  • Presence of any brand or product on the Page does not imply endorsement of that brand/product beyond the fact of its selection for the cheat sheet.

  • A portion affiliate revenue generated in 2026 via links from this Page is donated to charity. We will maintain appropriate records of this donation in accordance with applicable laws.

We disclose that all affiliate revenue generated from links on the Page is donated to charitable organisations. While we aim to make such donations in a timely manner, we do not guarantee the timing, amount, or specific charitable beneficiaries. We may provide updates or general reports on our charity-giving on our Website or in newsletters.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the Page;

  • Your violation of any term of these Terms;

  • Your violation of any third-party right (including intellectual property rights or privacy rights).

Aldi Winter Cookware Giveaway - 3 June 2026

1. Promoter

This giveaway is hosted by @twobrokechicks on Instagram and TikTok ("the Promoter"). By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Eligibility

  • Participants must reside in Sydney, Australia, or have a valid Sydney, Australia postal address for prize delivery.
  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older. If under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The giveaway opens on 3 June 2026 and closes 7 days later at 11:59 PM AEST on 10 June 2026. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To be eligible for entry, participants must complete ALL of the following steps during the competition period:

  1. Follow Two Broke Chicks on Tiktok (@twobrokechicks_) & Instagram (@twobrokechicks)
  2. Like the giveaway post
  3. Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post

Failure to complete all steps will result in disqualification. Multiple comments tagging different friends are permitted and each comment is an additional entry. Tags must be of real, active accounts. tagging spam or fake accounts will void the entry.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the competition closes. The draw will take place within 48 hours of the closing date. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via direct message (DM) on Instagram or TikTok only. Due to privacy considerations, the winner may not be publicly announced. The winner must respond to the DM within 24 hours of notification. If no response is received within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.

7. Prize

  • The prize is as described in the giveaway post and is valued at AUD $221.89.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if required.

8. Prize Delivery

  • The prize will be delivered via courier to a Sydney, Australia address provided by the winner.
  • The winner is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
  • The winner is responsible for collecting the prize from the courier.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost, delayed, or undelivered due to an incorrect address being provided.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs to the prize during transit. Once the prize has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the postal/courier service.
  • Any concerns regarding the condition or contents of the prize must be raised by the winner within 48 hours of receiving the prize. Claims made after this period will not be considered.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected through this giveaway (including name and address) will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition and delivering the prize. This information will not be shared with third parties or used for any other purpose without consent.

10. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed to be fraudulent, automated, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions. Accounts found to be fake, inactive, or created solely for the purpose of entering giveaways may be disqualified.

11. Prize & Platform Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with ALDI, Instagram or TikTok. Any questions or concerns regarding the giveaway should be directed to @twobrokechicks, not to either platform.

12. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond their control arise.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
